Cowgirl Blu
Cowgirl Blu was abandoned on a ranch in Ojai. Her mother was unknowingly pregnant with her sister Hope. In 2014, ROH rescued Blu and made her part of their herd. She specializes in helping incarcerated youth by giving them permission to play and find beauty in simply being good enough.
