Lynn Dorgan

Balanced high atop "Topsy Turvey", Lynn's mother's Saddlebred show-horse, Lynn’s passion for horses was ignited when she was one year old. She grew up riding daily through the first two years of college. Then off to the world where she earned a BA in Physical Education and a BA in Theatre. She was a musician, active in film and theater, and a licensed building contractor specializing in teaching and helping women build their own homes. Years later her passion for horses guided her to the California Coastal Horse Rescue where she has been volunteering for 16 years. Meanwhile, she earned a MA in Spiritual Psychology, followed by a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology. She joined the "Herd of Healers" at ROH in 2008, was instrumental in ROH becoming a Distinguished Site, laid the groundwork for the HOPE for Warriors program, and currently serves as the Clinical Director with Advanced EAGALA Certification as a Licensed Mental Health Provider and Equine Specialist.
