Personal Development
For individuals and groups to discover new approaches to life challenges and opportunities by shifting perspectives, finding balance, developing skills in effective problem-solving, setting boundaries, learning to be creative rather than reactive, and fine-tuning communication skills. To address individual needs ROH facilitators may integrate various strategies such as personal coaching, wellness-related activities, and spiritual formation in the equine facilitated activities.
Education
Wellness field trips for students to come to the ranch, be out in nature, connect with horses and focus on character development, relevant life skills such as problem-solving, asking for help, having empathy and compassion, self-care and critical thinking.
Organizations
For members of communities, corporations and other groups desiring to build effective teams and leaders in order to enhance work dynamics and performance. Areas of focus may be: team building, leadership development and strategic planning.
